Feedback from recent participants at Engaged Presence practice classes:

Matt offers a fun and challenging experience that snaps you into the moment and has you “engaged” before you even realize it. He takes you beyond the normal confines of your mind, mixing in the best elements of improv and play..

James Montalbano, Albuquerque lawyer and writer.

Matt had a unique way of leading us through an enlightening experience of presence, community and fun. I really enjoyed the effortless way that Matt brought us all together! Matt is an excellent facilitator, organizer and friend. He really knows how to bring a group together for community building, fun and learning.

William Poehner, Executive Director, Comienzos.

I really enjoyed myself! Felt exercised, body, mind and spirit. Ma-doh. Thank you.

Reginah Water Spirit, artist/consciousness teacher, voice dialogue.

All the rage these days in New Age spiritual circles – Practice “mindfulness”. Well, Engaged Presence puts you right there whether you want to be or not. You simply have to be fully present when a beach ball might come whangin your way any moment…

Cliff Wilkie, Comienzos Board of Directors President.

Overall I can say I experienced a sense of release and rejuvenation. While the excerise can be sometimes tiring, the end result, more often then not, leaves me with a better sense of myself.

Gordon Reiselt, Albuquerque Attorney
